Premier Virtual Staffing was founded by Jay Patel, a U.S.-based real estate entrepreneur, and Jefferson Grino, an operations expert in the Philippines. But our story goes deeper than that.

Jay started from scratch—wearing every hat in his business. He hired Jefferson as his first virtual assistant to handle cold calling and admin work. Within a year, that one VA helped take his business from zero to six figures in three months. 

Today, Jay runs multiple companies supported by a team of highly trained VAs, and Jefferson leads a growing operations team that supports over 50 clients.
